As a domestic clerk, you will be responsible for the complete processing of our domestic orders in ERP BarreledBarreled action - from preparing quotations to shipping. You will support our specialist dealers and customers in their day-to-day business, ensure compliance with firearms legislation and maintain customer master data. You will also be responsible for price adjustments, preparing quotations and supporting sales management with regular reports.

• Processing of complete domestic orders in ERP-Barreled action (from offer to logistic shipment including all documents as well as scheduling of order items and their technical clarification)

• Support for our specialist dealers and customers in day-to-day business

• Compliance with weapons laws and regulations in the processing of orders

• Price adjustment within the framework of the sales guidelines

• Master data maintenance in ERP-Barreled action, i.e. creation and maintenance of customer master data

• Reporting to the sales management

• Preparation of offers, their follow-up and support until the order is placed

• Completed commercial vocational training and/or further training in the field of commerce or a comparable qualification 

• Acting on one's own responsibility, decisiveness

• Organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

• Good problem solving skills

• Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP from INFOR)

• Social competence, communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of the hunting and sporting weapons industry or knowledge of weapons technology is an advantage

• Ideally active hunter and/or sports shooter
