A return of goods is always associated with high costs for you and ANSCHÜTZ and should be avoided if possible. In order that a return of goods can be handled organizationally, processed properly and correctly assigned to your customer account, ANSCHÜTZ absolutely needs some information from you. Please note once again the information on which the ANSCHÜTZ General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the price list are based.
The return of goods is subject to the ANSCHÜTZ terms and conditions for the return of goods, with which the person returning the goods agrees. ANSCHÜTZ delivers exclusively according to the General Terms and Conditions, which are already known and can also be viewed on the Internet at any time. You can request a current version of the ANSCHÜTZ terms and conditions at any time or read or download them on the ANSCHÜTZ internet pages.
Goods can only be returned after prior agreement and with the written consent of ANSCHÜTZ. It is best to contact an ANSCHÜTZ employee for this purpose.
For each return, a copy of the original ANSCHÜTZ delivery bill or the original ANSCHÜTZ invoice with which the item was delivered to you by ANSCHÜTZ must be enclosed. Please use the prepared return bill for this purpose (see below). Otherwise it is not possible to issue a credit note for your return. This return of goods will be returned to you in case of missing proof of purchase documents, which involves additional effort, costs and time.
For returns not caused by ANSCHÜTZ, you will be charged a handling fee of at least 20% of the value of the goods or at least EUR 50.00 per item. For this reason please do not return any item with an individual price below 50.00 EUR value of goods. Only new articles in perfect, saleable condition from the current ANSCHÜTZ assortment will be taken back. Returned items with a delivery period of less than 6 months must be in their original packaging and must not show any signs of use or damage. Returns must be sent free of charge to ANSCHÜTZ in Ulm.
To avoid damage in transit, please use only the original packaging.
Please do not under any circumstances enclose new orders or other correspondence with your return, this can considerably extend their delivery time.
Please enclose the fully completed return slip with your return of goods.
