Repairs must primarily be carried out by the specialist dealer. Only in exceptional cases, i.e. if the specialist dealer could not help, a repair can be carried out at ANSCHÜTZ for shipments within Germany.
Rifles sent in for repair should be sent in the original box or disassembled (Barreled action and stock) in a container because of the risk of stock breakage.
In the case of weapons that are subject to registration, the weapon ownership card or a copy thereof must be sent along.
The repair item must be accompanied by a short note stating what the defect is.
