Repairs must primarily be carried out by the specialist dealer. Only in exceptional cases, i.e. if the specialist dealer could not help, a repair can be carried out at ANSCHÜTZ for shipments within Germany.
Rifles that are sent in for repair should be sent in the original box or disassembledBarreled action and stock) in a container due to the risk of stock breakage.
For rifles that are subject to registration, the gun ownership card or a copy of it must be sent along. Please do not forget the NWR registration and enclose the gun certificate with the NWR registration.
A brief note stating the defect must be enclosed with the repair item.
