You can look forward to a varied and exciting apprenticeship at our site in the Danube valley in Ulm. During your three-year apprenticeship, you will work in various commercial departments. The standard training period is three years. The training takes place in a dual form, both in the company and in the vocational school at the Friedrich List School in Ulm. You will attend vocational school one to two days per week and work the remaining days in the company. After completing your training, as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) you will be able to perform all commercial tasks in a company.

As a prospective industrial clerk (m/f/d) at ANSCHÜTZ you can expect a varied training in which you will acquire both practical and theoretical knowledge. During the practical part of your training you will work in different commercial departments such as domestic sales as well as export, purchasing, financial accounting, marketing and human resources. You will learn to maintain customer and supplier relationships both nationally and internationally, to book invoices, to work out marketing strategies, to compare offers and suppliers, to carry out orders and to take on personnel tasks in the HR department. You will learn to prepare statistics, graphics, correspondence and reports and to independently handle modern information and communication media. In addition, you will also get to know production and logistics in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business processes.

In the theoretical part of your training, you will learn about general economics, commercial management and control, and business processes. This includes topics such as business administration, accounting, overall economics and text & data processing.

You like to work with others in a team? As a prospective trainee (m/f/d) at ANSCHÜTZ you should have a good secondary school leaving certificate, a technical college entrance qualification or a high school diploma. You should be interested in commercial processes and be able to work carefully, reliably and independently. Motivation and willingness to learn are also an advantage, as well as a confident verbal and written expression. Good communication skills and the ability to think logically are also important in order to understand complex issues and communicate effectively.
