You will also be responsible for supplying materials in line with demand and creating future demand forecasts in close coordination with sales planning, as well as optimizing processes.

• They ensure a needs-based supply of materials to avoid bottlenecks in production
• You create and maintain missing parts lists and future demand forecasts
• They are in contact with their colleagues to process production orders and provide feedback to Sales regarding delivery times
• You will be responsible for maintaining master data in the ERP systemBarreled action Infor/LN and carrying out system postings
• You check the sales planning and transfer it to production planning
• They analyze and optimize workflows and processes in order to continuously improve the efficiency of production batch sizes
• Close cooperation with the sales, purchasing and production departments is essential to ensure smooth coordination

• You have experience in order planning, ideally in the metal industry
• You have knowledge of the use of ERP systems
• You work very conscientiously
• You have a very good command of German to work in this environment without any problems
• Analytical thinking and the ability to coordinate complex production processes round off your profile
