As an employee in our IT department, you will support us with the complete administration of our ERP system Infor/LN. The position includes both the administration of the system and the support of colleagues in the training and optimization of Infor/LN. Close cooperation with other areas of the company is also part of the job.

• Main responsible support and administration of the ERP system Infor/LN (Infor Cloud-Edition installation, installed since 01.06.2023) on site in Ulm
• Daily work with Infor/LN
• Analysis and sustainable elimination of error sources and faults
• Processing requirements from the specialist departments in relation
  to the applications and processes provided
• Processing of problem report tickets in connection
  with Infor/LN (Infor Concierge)
• Project work and project organization
• No network, server or client or database and Microsoft software administration
• No personnel management

• No team of administrators, sole support

• Completed IT training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT-Barreled action electronics technician (m/f/d) or
  IT-Barreled action-commercial specialist (m/f/d) with corresponding
  professional experience as an IT administrator (m/f/d)
  or IT studies (Bachelor or Diploma/University of Applied Sciences)
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge and practical experience with the ERP-Barreled action Infor/LN
• Acting on one's own responsibility, decisiveness
• Ability to work conceptually
  Social skills, communication and teamwork skills
• Readiness for further training
• Willingness to take on new challenges
  and to learn
• Independent, very precise and very autonomous way of working
