The serial number of my rifle is on the barrel and not on the receiver. Is that correct?

Yes, for about two years during the 1980s it was a legal requirement to have the serial number on the barrel. The rifle serial number is always located on the receiver. In the case of air rifles from model 9015 onwards, it is always on the barrel (jacket).

In general, it is not possible to say whether the 335 model is subject to licence or not. We have offered this product in two different versions, one version was purchase license free, and the other version was due to a stronger spring subject to licence.
